The hotel's indoor spa and pool were exceptional, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the personalized service during breakfast, with Sebastiano ensuring our needs were met promptly.

Spent 3 nights in the Suite with Spa Bath. The room felt luxurious and serene, with elegant furnishings and great views. The outdoor and indoor pools sparkled, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Breakfast provided endless options and quality fare. Staff like Sebastiano impressed with their attentiveness during mornings. Spa facilities, especially after a hammam treatment, were top-notch. Shuttle service to Ortigia was convenient, allowing easy exploration without needing a car. the restaurant served meals that didn't meet expectations. Dinner experiences included poorly cooked dishes and reheated meals, which spoiled our enjoyment. Although the setting was stunning, the food quality didn't match the price. Would have preferred more vibrant flavors and consistent cooking.

We had such a chill time! The spa is amazing, with this huge whirlpool & sauna that just relaxes you instantly. Every morning was delightful thanks to the breakfast. so many tasty options to choose from! Just a heads up, the lunch menu could use more variety. But for unwinding, it doesn't get better than this!
